1. Dog is healthy on delivery. Illness must be confirmed by a veterinarian within 48 hours of arrival/pick-up. After that, the health of the dog is the responsibility of the buyer.
2. The guarantee applies to the original purchaser only and is not transferable. The breeder/seller reserves the right to a second veterinarian’s opinion. All relevant veterinary records must be supplied to the breeder/seller upon request. When the cause of death is unknown, an autopsy must be performed.
3. If buyer can verifiably demonstrate the dog’s failure to fulfill the guarantee, the dog will be returned to the seller, or on a veterinarian’s recommendation, must be put to sleep, spayed or neutered, then the seller will refund half of the purchase price.
No other warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, are made with this sale.

Registration application will be provided when payment is made in full, contract is signed and returned, and rental crate is returned (if applicable). After receipt of reg. papers the reg. responsibility falls on owner and kennel club seller is not held responsible for any issues arising form kennel club.

3. The dog is guaranteed against crippling hip defects for 30 months (2-1/2 years) from date of birth. If dog is sold with full registration (checked above), dog is guaranteed to pass OFA and PennHip, hip certification. Hip X-rays must be taken and submitted for certification before the age of 2-1/2 years, and BEFORE BREEDING to qualify for this guarantee.
4. Dog is guaranteed to be free of show disqualifying fault (except white color) after the age of 8 months.
